National Center for Research & Development

The National Center for Research and Development (NCRD) in Jordan was established in 2010 under the Higher Council for Science and Technology to enhance applied research and innovation across key national sectors such as energy, water, food, and biotechnology. It aims to identify national research priorities, connect local researchers with international partners, and promote commercialization of research outcomes. The center serves as a national reference for scientific excellence, driving sustainable development through strategic and impactful research initiatives.
